GSM, a blend long celebrated from France to Australia to the Americas, typically consists of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Our unique blend, however, takes this classic wine in an entirely new direction. What began as a cheeky play on words quickly became a consumer favorite, and for good reason. By substituting Malbec for Mourvèdre, we've managed to create a wine with more robust aromatics and a less tannic, brighter profile.

The result is a beautiful whirlwind of sensory delight: notes of lavender, violet, and chamomile mingle with flavors of cherry, stewed strawberries, white pepper, and delicate hints of tobacco. This distinctive blend provides a refreshing and alluring twist on the traditional GSM.
